UX case study

This case study explores the redesign of a feature-rich dashboard that faced usability challenges due to overload of action buttons and limited feature discoverability. By engaging stakeholders and analyzing user feedback, we implemented a streamlined design, grouping features under a single "Add New" button with a modal for clear navigation.
